He answered all of my questions and even left a brochure. I had a detailed quote within two days. My project was scheduled within two weeks. The day of Brad came to the house and introduced me to the three painters. They were on time, professional, and polite. They updated me throughout the day and cleaned everything up when finished. "At first he was responsive and I was happy , but once I paid him , he did not show up again to do the second job that we agreed upon nor did he finish the first job that included tasks that were going to be completed in the second job . he did not show up on four different occasions over an entire week, then he hung up on me, I no longer want to work with him under any circumstances, so I would expect money back. He spilled paint on my cabinets, he painted the column the wrong color and it wasn't completed because it needs more applications, I overpaid him $100 on accident but said I would take it off of the next job that he never showed up for. Some tasks on the first job were going to be included in the second job but since he never showed up for the second job, the first job was not completed. I have to pay another contractor to fix his mistakes and finish the job. The paint in the bathroom also needs to be touched up, which he said he was coming back to do along with the other touch-ups needed. He also accidentally broke a piece off of my cabinet."

"Juan and the guys did an awesome job this go around, painting everything from the ceiling to the baseboards. This is the third time using them (house exterior, fence, & interior) and they have done a tremendous job every time. I appreciate that they make sure everything is to your liking and leave everything nice and clean. I would definitely recommend them."

"I am an electrical contractor. I was hired by United Services to install four lights on a customer's house after the siding was completed. The siding crew did a terrible job at the lighting boxes. I had to cut the siding that covered the electrical boxes so I could install the lights. I also had to purchase matching siding parts to support the light fixtures correctly. And I purchased new mounting hardware for the used fixtures that Mark gave me to install on the house. My bill, with parts was about $350.00. I have never been paid a dime. I should have put a lien on the house, but I could not believe that I would get ripped off by these people for such a small job. I also could not bring myself to make this the homeowners problem. Hire someone who pays their bills."
