"My 20 year old oak wood floors needed refinishing. Scott responded to my request for an estimate within 15 minutes of submitting the request. I let him know when I wanted the floors to be worked on and he put me on the schedule. He stayed in contact with me several times before the work start date. They arrived at the time they said they would each day and the project was completed in the time frame quoted to me. Would definitely use their services again. Floors look great!"
