"From my first meeting with Steve to my last encounter with the cabinet installers, everyone with whom I came in contact - including office staff - was friendly and professional. My garage floor had a bare poly aspartic coating that was applied by, apparently, an amateur when my home was built last year. CSS removed the prior coating, placed an epoxy surface, then broadcast flakes for texture, and returned the following day to apply the finish coat of poly aspartic. The floor is beautiful, and I can walk on it with no fear when my shoes are wet (previous finish was hazardously slick when wet). A few weeks later CSS returned to install the cabinets I ordered. Installers on both jobs left everything in good, clean order when they were finished. All work was done when promised and as promised. The cost I listed is for both jobs, and was quite competitive based on my research prior to hiring CSS. I would recommend Colorado Space Solutions without hesitation! <br />"

Before we committed to such a costly and long project, we requested a grout repair evaluation from the Grout Medic. Bruce replaced the broken grout with a new hybrid material that is better suited for this particular implementation, cleaned the grout, sealed the grout and replaced all the caulking.
