"I called to schedule to have someone come out and give me an estimate, unfortunately they can not guarantee the time when they come out so I was not there.  I normally would not do this, but they have done tree triming at my home before.  So I had given instructions on what I wanted done and then I was able to talk to Jason on the phone after he had been there to make sure he quoted me a couple of different ways.  I was emailed the quote the same day and it was broken out just how I wanted so I could decide what services I wanted.  I then called to schedule the service and the person who took the information was very friendly and helpful.  I was given the date I wanted since I wanted to be there especially since they were removing a large tree next to a very large expensive Saquaro.  All went very well, they showed up in the time frame they gave me and did the work very efficiently.  I told them to make sure I approved the trees before they started putting all of their tools away just in case I wanted more off, and they did come to me before they did.    They also cleaned up fairly well since this is a really messy job.  Since I was having a tree removed, they do that in 2 different times with the second being a separate crew with the stump grinder.  But luckily I made sure when I called to make sure it would be scheduled on the same day so I could be there.  ( I remember reading other reviews regarding the separate times)  Luckily I was there because apparently the normal stump grinder they use is very large and heavy and the guy said it would probably leave large dark skid marks across my expensive patio of pavers which are very light colored.  Since I didn't like that idea, I asked him if he had any alternatives and he said they had a much smaller grinder but that it only took the stump down about 4" or so.  I was totally ok with that since I knew I wasn't going to be planting anything else in that exact area anyway.  So I was really glad I was there and I was glad he gave me an alternative so as not to mark up my patio which would of been really hard to get out.  So overall my experience was very good and I would definitely hire them back, my only complaint would be that I had asked them to call me when they were on there way and they didn't, but they did show up in the time frame they told me."

"I am so impressed with everyone I have come in contact with! We began the relationship when I had a very bad experience with a landscaper recommended by a neighbor. Eli worked his schedule around mine and provided us with a detailed and professional bid. Due to being burned before, I sent numerous emails and Eli patiently answered every one in detail.
First, the irrigation specialist came out and redid all the work done incorrectly by our previous contractor.He explained everything in detail. His attention to detail and knowledge of native plantings is saving us on our water bill!...and or plants are happy.
The men that now come twice a month are hard workers, very polite and respectful. The foreman explains everything he has done to me and is obviously very proud of his labors. It is now obvious, in a good way, that my landscapers have come!

"Well...after my review posted, the owner (Mike) called me to express his distress and to ask if he could offer a do-over.  My neighbor said OK, and the crew arrived IMMEDIATELY.  My neighbor's yard looks wonderful and she is totally pleased.  Because she is happy, so am I.  I learned two lessons: (1) contact the company before posting a review; (2) service providers really care about their ratings on Angie's List.  Will I use this company again?  You bet.  Will I continue to subscribe to Angie's List? Absolutely!

We have had them for a year or so. We have been very satisfied with them. They have changed managers and various things, but in general they have done a good job. We continue to use them. They were supposed to come today but the guy had a flat tire so they are coming tomorrow. They come every two weeks. It is $70 per visit. As long as they keep on coming and as long as they maintain a crew that continues to come we will continue with them.
