They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

They set me up for 2 quote appointments. 1 of which was without follow-up correspondence for 2 days. I had already made arrangements with my employer to leave early and left. That was May 10th. They never showed up and have not returned my correspondence (not answered calls, voicemails, or texts). It is now a week later and still nothing. I am not sure what happened between 2020 and now, but I would expect at least a minimum level of courtesy as a repeat customer who has referred them to other people as well. "

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."
