"They did a great done. Will have them come out to change out the gas valve."

Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"Flooring looks great and they had a quick turnaround time to get the job done. Would definitely hire again for flooring and carpet!"

"We were very happy with Sam and his team who did a wonderful job refinishing our wood floor. It gets a beautiful brand-new looking! Very highly recommended! Worth the money!"

"We were exceptionally pleased with the work done.  Jason arrived promptly at the appointed time and worked efficiently and professionally throughout the two days he was in our home.  He cleaned up after himself and was extremely courteous.  We were very pleased with the quality of the work he did and would definitely hire him again for other jobs.

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"They guys that redid our floors were great workers and friendly. I believe they went above and beyond to get our old 1956 hardwood floors looking like new. We were very happy with the whole project."

"They came and installed my floor, Very grateful for the work they did. I recommend them to any day. He does wonders, excellent work, They succeeded my expectation , my floors look better then they did before. Very knowledgeable."

"Greg had given us a quote for a refinished kitchen and to rebuild our old porch into a 4 seasons room.  Greg's price was great, but we did not have the budget for all the hardware and appliances for new kitchen.  So we decided to have our porch remodeled for 4 seasons room.  Greg's quote was great and so we moved forward.

His group definitely ran into many snags that were not expected.  Our porch was not built the greatest in the first place, so Greg's group had to overcome several difficulties with the remodeling.  Greg's group consisted of many caring and professional carpenters and workers that spent a long time around my property and I felt very comfortable with all of them.  They even made many accommodations for our family dog, who did not like all the construction, but everyone seemed to work around his situation.

All in all the final work was a total 180 from the original look.  Our new 4 seasons room looks fantastic and we definitely love all the detailing and work that was put in.  It did take a little longer than planned, and some parts of communication were difficult during some of the harder room transitions.  However, with that being said, Greg does excellent work and we would definitely recommend his group for any remodeling job."

"The guys showed up right on time. They introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. They listened to my concerns about difficult spots on the carpet and told me they should be able to get them out. After they were finished, my carpet looked brand new. Paul and Eddie did a great job!! I will definitely use this company again.
