"Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations.
