"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

The project started on scheduled date, went very smooth thanks to Nir and his great crew. They did everything as I requested and final product is excellent. "They are hands down the best investment I ever made in my life. I had a very odd shaped area that I needed fenced off, but I have a very modern looking house. He came and took measurements within two days. He then came back with the final measurements with his welder. It was so fast. He had these 9' beautiful fences. They powder coat them to the color you want. His design is awesome. The property line is a little angled, so the fences wouldn't fit because the metal is so tall, so they went overnight and welded a new piece. It is so nice. After that, it was so good, I had them redo my garage door in the same style. That again, took nine business days. It was just perfect. It sounds expensive, but these were big gates. They ran 25' of fencing and then another 7' on one side. They also put in two doors that have deadbolts, with many angles. It's not just an average garage. My house was built in the 1920's, so they went way beyond. It wasn't like putting on a new door, they had to build a new steel frame, and then they had to inset it into the roof line. It was so much more than you could ever expect. I can't stop talking about it. They were just so good. They put two working barn doors on the garage with separate locks. It is very detailed. They were so professional. It's so hard to find in LA people that you want to work with again. They are going to do a 30' fence along the back of my house, so I will be using them again in a couple of months. I don't know how much more I could gush about them. I had been avoiding doing the work because I'm use to people coming up with excuses. They were just problem solvers. They were fixing problems and making them work versus trying to up charge you after the fact. It was very straightforward and the price didn't change. I think they did more work than they initially thought, but there was no haggle on the price or anything."
