"I hired Do It Right Plumbing for the first time today. They arrived promptly, early even and were very down to earth, knowledgable and their price was reasonable. I felt comfortable having them in my home and would hire these pros again any day. Thanks Dylan and Steve. My toilet works again!"

"Called on a Sunday & they called back within 5 minutes. Set appointment up for the next morning & they were here when they said they would be. (Still haven't even heard back from one company I called) Sewer was cleared and we were very pleased. Dustin was very conscientious & meticulous. We will definitely use them again."

"All is well. The leach field was overwhelmed with heavy ground water saturation. When the majority of the "Sludge" was removed from the septic tank the leach field began to empty into the tank. A good sign because it meant the leach field was not clogged. That being said, once the operator realized the leach field was back-flowing, he stopped pumping. The Truck was not full at this point. I could tell because the glass bubbles/lens/eye on the back end of the tank showed it was only half full. I really wish they would have filled the whole tank to help relieve some of the leach field. But, the operator was keen on getting back on the road. All and all it went well and my septic is back up and running now. Myself, I would use them again, but definitely shop around. After talking to many people I discovered there are many other companies much closer to me that charge far less. Some even a third of what I was charged for the service. But, that's my own fault for not doing my homework first. They did a good job, showed up when they said they would, and rendered the services they said they would for the price they quoted."

"I called about 8:30 am and the repairman arrived about 12:30 pm. He determined that in the toilet that was continuously emptying the chamber the flush chain had come off the handle. He put it back together and it was working fine. In the toilet that was making a whistling noise every time it was flushed, the determined that the fill valve was bad, so he installed a new fill valve and it is now working fine without the noise. A plumber that we had called about eight years ago, thought we would have to open the wall to get to the pipe to stop the noise."

"We had a second floor washer dryer over flow.  the drain built in to cope with this kind of problem was plugged and <br />  a washer load of water overflowed and got into the first floor ceiling and walls. Thanks to Purocleans prompt response and <br /> expert knowledge we were able to save all of the drywall and ceilings. Following the initial water cleanup dry air was blown <br /> behind the walls and dehumidifiers and fans were applied to complete the drying process. After allowing for drying <br /> repainting only was sufficient to finish the recovery. <br />"
