Recently, I noticed a chip in the tub floor, probably from a dropped bottle, and that in some spots the caulk had separated. So I contacted them again to schedule a time to repair it. Again, our technician Jorge, the same person who did the original work, was right on time, exceptionally polite, and completed the work efficiently. In fact, he was done in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier!"

"Great experience overall. Originally hired this firm just to refinish a bathtub although I had many other repairs to do. While assessing the bathtub job, Matt offered, for a very fair price, to replace the tub faucets and new vanity that I had purchased . He also found where water had gotten into the wall behind the tub faucet and made the wall soggy. He was able to remove the tile, repair the wall, and replace the tile, without additional charge. After beautifully finishing the bathroom, I asked Matt to quote on removing a kitchen cabinet and repairing and painting the drywall around it. He did a fabulous job, again for a great price. Then I asked him to paint the garage door and porch ceiling. All the work has been done well. I use this firm repeatedly because of the work quality and price."

"Our bathtub was refinished by American Remodeling Service (DBA American Bathtub Refinishing) in July of 2012. We were very happy with the quality of the refinishing of our cast iron tub and the color/finish was perfect. Fast forward 3 years and the finish started to peel off. We contacted them about their 5 year warranty and a technician came out today and removed the defective coating and refinished the entire tub in less than 2 hours for free. This is what a warranty should be. No questions and no hassles.
