They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable."

Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
