"Working with the owners was fine.  They didn't seem as organized as some of the other companies we visited, but we were referred to them by a coworker whom we trust.  We did pick a fairly expensive carpet and thick pad, so it was pricey.   The dust and noise was terrible, but the outcome was well worth it.  The carpet is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. My husband and I are very pleased and I must admit, terrified at this point of spilling anything on the beautiful carpet.  We will be having them back to finish two more bedrooms and the basement."

"Shelley came out to our house and listened to what we wanted to use our space for and then walked through the basement with us. She explained the different types of pad and carpet that she thought would work best to meet our needs and then brought in several different samples for us to look at and feel. There were several price points to choose from and we chose a carpet that was very comparable (looked and felt the same to me!) to one that we had found at one of the big box stores. We had done some and quot;homeworkand quot;, at Shelley's suggestion, and had a price quote from two different big box stores so that we could compare apples to apples.
