"The owner, Dan, followed up every step of the way. The quote process was thorough. The price quote was the best we found, but it was not low for cutting corners. Dan managed expectations and brought in excellent crews for the various project phases. Our floors came out perfectly. This was a large project with over 1k SF to install, lace and finish/refinish. We showed the floors to a neighbor today and they were blown away. Projects like this will encounter an issue or two. Dan resolved those with expedience. Will hire again."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."
