"James Townsley was great. I had a gutter down from a storm and he came out the same day. Fixed my gutters and installed gutter guards. Very nice and professional!"

"We had a leak in our roof right as we were expecting 7 days of straight rain. Roof Zen came out the very next day, repaired the roof, and gave us an honest estimate of when we’d likely need a full replacement. The price was great and the service was fantastic. Mike was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement work."

"Union showed up early to the appointment. My asphalt roof needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a new, energy efficient rubber roof with new roof vents in one day. They also patched and repaired my chimney."

"Carlos was able to determine that the leak was at a joint between two roof lines.  He made the repair quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions.  Very pleased with the service provided and would hire them again!

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"Ivan showed up on time and replaced my back gutter and drain spout. He also had to replace the wood behind it and put on new capping. It looks wonderful. He was professional and I thought he was very reasonable. I already hired him to replace another gutter and drain spout on my front porch. I would highly recommend him."

"Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. I have dealt with a number of roofers over the years and by far this is my best experience. I highly recommend Adelphia Roofing Systems for your roofing needs."

"Not just any roofer can (or will) work on slate roofs, and Andy did a thorough professional job.

"Tony and his son arrived on time at 7:30 am and worked diligently until all work was completed at 6pm. The window frames were in pretty bad shape and not easy to access. One had no inside access and provided only a 2 foot work space between it and an exterior  AC unite. Another window was partially blocked by a drain pipe. All I can say is, WOW! What a great job Tony and his son did! The windows are all perfectly fitted with very neat cement framing on the outside. Father and son are very professional, polite and accomodating. All communication with Thermal Quality was prompt and efficient. We are very pleased with the workmanship and price. Tony was highly recommended by another Angie's list friend who had windows replaced by him this past summer. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call for future work.
