He looked over everything we had in place and made suggestions to help with the overall system, including putting in an additional return. He really took time to make the system optimal for our home and floor plan. He even satisfied the million questions my husband (a mechanical engineer) had. They are also qualified to apply for PG&E rebates through the Home Energy Upgrade program. We haven't finished that part yet, but will be getting money back for the furnace, AC and ductwork he installed. Kaitlyn in their office is also very pleasant and thorough.
