Over the years, some shoddy repairs and replacements had been done and they worked hard to ensure the quality of the floors remained in-tact and to match the stain amongst different types of wood. John was open to our ideas and suggestions when we initally struggled with how to stain match them, but did an outstanding job mixing stains to get it done. We're so happy we went with them and would absolutely hire them again in the future!"

We also had them install hardwood on our stairs. They replaced some damaged wood in our foyer. They also refinished the floors in the foyer and kitchen. The floors look great! They arrived on time each day and cleaned up each evening. They were very careful to protect our cabinets, walls, etc. We couldn't be happier with the the job that they did. "My husband and I had existing pre-finished hardwood floors in the foyer. We needed an installer with the experience to lace new hardwood flooring and existing hardwood floors together. We called Ken and two days later he met with us and provided a measurement and an on the spot estimate. He was more reasonably priced than local competitors and within our 45 minute conversation with him we knew he had the experience to do the job right. Ken and his team were in within a week. They were very professional and incredibly helpful. We were on a tight schedule and the team worked non-stop and late nights to get the job done on time. The team sanded down the bevel of our pre-finished existing hardwood floors and laced them in with the new hardwood that they installed in the kitchen, pantry and dining room. The transition is flawless and you can't even tell that we had pre-finished floors in the foyer. Thank you McCaman Team - we love our new hardwood floors and we know they'll last a lifetime! "Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"Joe and Mike installed hardwood floors throughout my first floor. They did a great job. Had to cut out and replace a board that had a small splinter which they did graciously. Also took the time to custom make a couple of trim pieces. I was a little dissatisfied that there were several marks on the floor which they said was residue from the rubber mallet and would easily wipe off but, not so. It takes a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Qualities I did not find in some of the other installers I had out for estimates. I am a perfectionist and their customer service met my high expectations."

"AJ is a great guy and has performed beyond expectations. He and his partner not only did bathroom fan install I requested but also completed many others I told him about when we interviewed. Including replacing light fixtures, replacing a sliding patio door and repairing rotted railing on my front porch. All in one weekend. He’s on track now for some more major repairs when all the fixtures needed come in. Highly recommend him for great service!"
