"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

Two company project managers sat with my wife and I and walked us through the process, explaining each step. After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. "I had a tile roof repair. We were concerned about some of areas that had water damage and wanted to be around the day of the repair to see if additional work would be required. They came out and provided a quote (2 hours late for the scheduled time) and a day and time was arranged when someone would be home for the actual repair work to be completed. The roofer showed up on the wrong day and completed the repair while no one was available and therefore we have no idea what damage was done or what the conditions were under the tile. I called the company and after almost a week have never received a call back. The work seems to be satisfactorily completed, but the customer service is horrible."
