"The Water Heater Company, â The Company With A Heartâ My 100 gallon hot water heater broke on Sunday evening. I immediately got on line and started looking. The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I had my tankless water heater serviced by Daniel W. Daniel was throughly professional during his entire visit. I would highly recommend Wester Rooter for all of your plumbing needs."

"Only good things to say about McLay Services! From scheduling the services call to getting the work done. The technician was up front with pricing and told me only what needed to be repaired on my water heater. He even did a free safety check on my furnace and found a dirty air filter that needed replacement. I will be calling again in the future."

"Leon Plumbing was able to repair our tankless water heater, where two other plumbing companies couldn't. Sev was awesome about pinpointing the problem and explaining in detail the solution. He even followed up a few days later to check in."

"Very professional. Prompt. Tankless water heater has been working fine ever since. Hired another plumbing company before calling G M C. They were half the price. But did not solve the problem. David with G M C diagnosed the problem. Completed the work. No problems ever since. Thank you Angi, thank you David and G M C Plumbing."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Victor from L.A. Plumbing Pros came out Jan. 28 to start my water heater. He was here within a half hour of his call. He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."

"I had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing. Daniel was fantastic to work with — professional, friendly, and efficient. He installed new washer and dryer hookups for me, and I really appreciated that he was able to get me on his schedule the same week. The whole job was done in just a few days, and everything works perfectly. Big thanks to Daniel for all your hard work and for making the process so smooth. I’d highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone looking for quality, reliable service!"

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"
