At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem.
