"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

"<p>The original doors were mahogany with very large double-paned glass panels (the two doors are each 8 feet tall by 2 and a half feet wide - most of this area is glass). William built two new doors to match, using mahogany again, and found a stain that exactly matched the original color. He was able to use the original hardware from the doors, which saved us the cost of buying new hardware and of course maintained the original look that matched the rest of the house. William was punctual, responsive and courteous in all our contacts. Once he had built the doors, he and his assistants installed them over the course of a day and a half. Their work is professional: excellent and thorough - they take the time needed to do things right. The doors fit the frame perfectly, and William worked with the trim to ensure there were no gaps or spaces through which the elements or insects could enter the house.</p> <p>On the French doors, there was one minor flaw (positioning of handle plate) which none of us noticed at the time of installation. When we saw it, we called William and he immediately said he would take care of it - they were at our house the next day and corrected the problem. </p> <p>As a side addition to the project, we asked them to replace the weatherstripping on three exterior doors, which they did by removing the doors and replacing the weatherstripping. On one door, they did not like the way the new weather stripping looked after installation, so they took the door off its hinges again and re-did the weatherstripping. </p> <p>I have no qualms about recommending William and his workers, especially for anything to do with wood (I understand that he does all types of home repair and improvement in addition) and we have already contracted to use them again for another project (adding some built-in bookcases) in our house. We have also asked William to quote on an external maintenance project that involves all our windows and doors.</p>"

"I just finished a major project with ARTESA Build and Design.New wood siding on the gabriels and replaced all other bad wood on my house and garage and exterior painting. This is a good company. Roni the project manager came by every day to check on the job  progression and to see if I had any concerns. Danielle the owner dropped by too. Only rain slowed this 7 day job. This company is easy to deal with and they listen. With Artesa they give you a warranty, so if something is not done to your satisfaction they will correct it."

"James came and was actually a few minutes early. Upon inspecting the garbage disposal he told me that it needed to be replaced. He went and purchased on for me and put it in in no time. Unfortunately they have a two hour minimum so he was able to do somethings to my dishwasher that I had been asking my husband to fix for months just to burn some time up. I will use them again!"

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
