"I found A+ on Angie's list. I called them to get an estimate using the offered coupon. They price they quoted was about the same as other companies I had contacted. I told them I wanted to schedule the cleaning and he asked if later that morning would work for me. I said yes and the tech called me in about 15 minutes and told me he would be at my home within an hour. He arrived as promised. My carpet had not been cleaned in over a year and was very dirty. "<em>00We purchased our house in October of 2014 and were informed that the dryer coming with the house took two hours to dry one load :/  I had noticed on several occasions that the back yard would get covered in dryer lint.  So after asking friends and doing my own research it was decided that we should have the dryer vent/duct cleaned. I was referred to A Pane in the Glass by my aunt who had used their services for her windows and dryer vent. We decided to go ahead and give it a try, after scheduling we got an email conformation of our appointment and a reminder call with a 2 hour arrival window for our technician. When the technician showed up to our house he introduced himself (Paul) and went over what he was going to do, how, why and what to expect when he was done. Paul came fully prepared with all the tool's needed to get the job done, he offered to wear booties when coming into the house since he needed to access the back yard a couple times during the cleaning. ( I declined, was steaming them after he left anyways ) I asked if he minded if I took pictures to show my husband, since we were both curious of what it looked like. After he was done he informed me of what he found inside the vent i.e., screws , nails and other small debris. I felt it was safe to assume that our vent had never been cleaned before ( yikes ). I was left with an invoice detailing the service I was getting done and the option to pay via check or cc. I will definitely be calling them to have our windows and gutters cleaned before fall hits. "The repairmen called when he was going to be later than the appointed time and was here within 10 minutes of the appointment. He checked out the new thermostat that my son had installed two days before and then proceeded to check out my air conditioning system. He found a bad switch which was causing my system to only work part of the day (evening and morning) and had to go purchase one as he did not have one in his truck. When he returned and replaced the switch, he also checked out two other compressor switches which he found were not working as well as they should. Each time he found something he checked with me and let me make the decision as to whether to replace the switch or not and explained exactly how the old switch was working. After each replacement he would test the air coming through my vents to see if the temperature had gotten down to the proper level coming from the vents. The last thing he did was add about a pound and a half of freon. He was here for a couple of hours but when he left the reading on my thermostat was exactly what the temperature was set for. <br /> I had to add at this point that I have lived in my house 6 1/2 years and during that time had another, very popular local company, perform maintenance checks. Obviously they were missing something as my house would have to get hot before the air would come on and then when it did, it would proceed to freeze you out before shutting off. I am absolutely amazed that my front room and kitchen temperatures now match my register temperature and that the temperature is maintained at that setting. I am a very very happy customer of this company! <br />"

"Called Total Quality Air first thing in the morning and received a call back within two hours to schedule a technician to come out to repair our heat pump the same day. Carlos arrived within the scheduled time and evaluated the problem. He told me the costs of the repair for my approval. He replaced the non-working fan motor, checked the outside condenser assembly and the system was operational within 90 minutes from when he arrived. thank you for the quick response and repair of the unit. And thank you for the free advice on cleaning the outside unit. Highly Recommend using this contractor."
