They cleaned our furnace, our air ducts and did our dryer vent. I bought cleanable one time furnace filter and it is like a super good deal. They did carpet cleaning the next day. They were here for two days in a row. The first day, they cleaned our furnace, the air ducts and the dryer vent. The second day, they did all the carpets and they professionally cleaned a bed. They sealed everything up. They did great. They know what they are doing and they are really good at it."

"He was so thorough and wonderful to work with.  He said that he had worked for Zero.Rez for about ten years in Spokane and they had sent him to the Tri-Cities to open a new store.  I told him that we could really use a business like theirs because they restored blankets,cleaned grout with a special machine and regrouted as well.  He went on to tell me about a machine they have that completely rejuvenates carpet.  He used a light to find urine spots and was able to  treat them. Since the urine spots were under furn-iture we hadn't moved since we had moved in, we had to pay extra but were reimbursed by the manager.  The carpets came out cleaner than I've ever seen them and they were dry right away!  It was a pleasure to do business with this company and we will do so in the future.  We've recommended them to many,many people and will continue to do so."
