Arrived promptly as scheduled and completed job within the estimated time frame. I truly believe I lucked out finding this company to perform the job. The Job was in Philadelphia at my sons home to-which I live over 400 miles away. John (owner) was extremely cooperative in setting up the work to be done. VERY VERY CREDIBLE! Did outstanding work. "We used Gen3 in the past for a small job and were pleased, so we decided to use them to replace our old knob and tube wiring. Our technicians were nice and friendly. But there were a lot of problems. They did not sufficiently clean up after the work they did each day. We had to clean up ourselves, and our home was full of dust and debris. The workers scratched our floor, dented some kitchen cabinets, took a chunk out of a wall, and did a sloppy job patching up the holes they made during the job. They missed one of our outlets, so we'll have to rewire that one ourselves. They damaged our outside flood lights, and we had to replace them. They did not label the circuits on the new sub-panel they installed. And, I'm sorry to write this, but they used our bathrooms every day for more than just urination. I felt like our home was abused."

"I had new outside service and a new panel installed in my row home. Mr. Carter was very knowledgeable about old row house wiring. He arrived at the time he stated, took down the old (50+ years) wiring coming into the house from the street, replaced my old breaker (panel) box and labeled the switches (which switch turned the electric on and off in each room). He and his assistant were very pleasant, worked very efficiently, explained the work being done and answered the many questions I had regarding old row homes and electrical wiring. We did a walk through to discuss future electrical projects. He impressed neighbor who pretty much hired him on the spot. I will be referring him to my friends."
