"John was responsive and quick to set a meeting for an estimate. he honored the Angie's List deal for a panel upgrade plus a slight upcharge for going from a 100 amp to 200 amp panel. He also inspected an outlet I was having issue with. This original work was done on 5/27/2016. Unfortunately, when the cold weather came and I turned on my electric heat, it didn't work. I called John and he quickly made an appointment for one of his electricians to come out and check the heat on 11/14/2016. Adam and another gentlemen came out and assessed the issue and was able to get the heat back on as the heat was hooked up to another area in the attic of the house, Adam was also able to trace the outlet I had issue with, put a blank cover on the outlet and ensured the wiring was tied off and not an issue. They took there time and found out the issue and corrected it quickly. They also didn't charge me for the second visit. Honest and professional. Do not hesitate to contact John and his guys!"

On the day of the scheduled work, Evan arrived promptly, did a great job with the work, and answered all of my questions. Evan had also been out previously to give the quote for the work and was very thorough in his inspection and explained the reasons for all of his recommendations. Previous owners of my house had hired contractors that did some shoddy work. While Gen3 is not the cheapest quote you will find, they do their work properly and to code.
