On a blisteringly hot July early evening he completely disassembled all the major grill components to clean and isolate the source of the problem, and thoroughly cleaned up my deck when he was finished 2 hours later. The defective part was not easily found online to order while he was here, but John spent time over the next week or so looking deeper for the part.
