"I was in need of a professional Tree service due to a nice-sized branch falling onto my neighbor's walkway. Called a few services and decided to go with Taperia Tree Service after meeting Tony. My goal was to have the tree cut completely down. Tony and crew were able to come out the next day. It was very impressive to see the job completed in one day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning the work area (property and street). Taperia Tree Service will be the first call or recommendation if ever a tree service project is needed again. Trust me, this kind of project is best left to the professionals."

"I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

From the first contact with Omar, who replied to me immediately, and was so kind and understanding of my needs to have my very sentimental tree that means so much to me and my late Father, who was my best friend and I miss so much, trimmed serviced etc this is the company to call. This tree was huge in our back yard, and needed to be trimmed for health and by law. The tree workers used so much care, proper machinery, and techniques to trim this tree to perfection. The workers took such care, safety, and professionalism in not only my tree needs, but also the neighbors yards next to me for safety and cleanliness. They even worked around a little bike we have leaning up against the tree for 30 years that is my daughters that my dad never wanted moved. The workers removed every branch that fell, even the ones if any in my neighbors yards. The tree is not only perfect and even, but exactly how I wanted it to look. They cleaned my yard afterward more then what it was before they arrived. The day of service a neighbor called them for their needs. I commend everyone at this company and do recommend them to everyone no matter what your tree and or yard services are. You wont find better quality work with affordable fair pricing anywhere else! "He was good about calling initially and writing up a proposal.  However, he forgot about it or something of that nature because of instead of taking 1-2 weeks as he promised it took over a month.  And, I had to keep calling him to remind him because he kept forgetting.  He was very nice but somehow I think my job was getting lost in the shuffle.  When the guy came to do the work, I didn't know he was coming and he just showed up.  Luckily I was home.  He ground the stumps.There was a problem with one of them and the owner was going to check on it and get back to me.  The owner never got back to me on the decision and the worker just told me it couldn't be done.  That upset me since I had questions about it but the owner was not there.  Also, all the chips were left.  I told him I wanted them removed, but I the worker said it would cost extra.  I had assumed they would be taking them.  I wish he had asked me about this so I could have prepared.
All in all, the job was done appropriately and the worker did clean up.  However, I was dissatisfied with the management of the job.

First I was given a high estimate that included much more work than I wanted done.  We spoke on the phone and agreed to a lower price with just the work I wanted.  They were supposed to remove all the dead wood plus a few long branches that stuck out past the rest of the tree.  Also they were supposed to trim a few that were too close to the second floor windows.  They did not remove all the dead wood and did not trim back all the branches that were close to the window.  They were supposed to leave a bill on the door but did not do so.  I called them and they said that they would drop off a bill.  When I asked how much, they quoted a figure that didn?t include the Angie?s List deal.  I was told I would have to talk to their accountant and after several weeks of trying, I finally was able to contact him and I explained about not including the Angie?s List deal and about the work that wasn?t done.  He told me that he would look into it and get back to me, (that was sometime in 2014).  I heard nothing until 2015 Oct 13 when I got a call from Sabia Landscaping asking when I was going to pay the bill.  I replied that I would when I received one.  They said that they left a bill on my door several times.  I told them that I would have contacted them if I had received a bill.  I told them that it could have fallen off one time and blown away, but not several times and that they must have put it on the wrong door and should try sending it by US mail.  I finally got a bill on 2015 Oct 16.  It was reduced from $700.00 to $450 and even though I think it still is a little high for the amount of work they performed, I will now pay them.  The work that they did complete was ok, but was overpriced and not all that we agreed.  For those reasons, I would not recommend them to anyone else.
