A quick online search showed that I was charged many times more for the same or similar parts available at Home Depot or other hardware stores. For example, I was charged $265.88 for a 16? rubber door gasket that cost $31 at Home Depot. $244 each for 2 16? brackets that cost less than $20 at HD. And there were other inflated costs too.
