"Greg did excellent job replacing stucco on my chimney. I am very happy with the quality and timelines of the service and would definitely hire Greg in the future."

"They also replaced the siding, soffits and metal trim on the entire side of my house caused by hurricane damage. I found this company to be prompt, professional and well qualified to handle all of my damages at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Zack and Skyline Construction Group to anyone needing quality repairs and/or installations."

"A large part of the living room ceiling of our 110 year-old house fell. Others were ready to sheetrock most or the entire ceiling, causing us to lose and then replace the crown moulding. Also creating a huge mess. While Pat's quote was quite a bit higher, our desire to keep the character of our home's original plaster craftsmanship, to reduce the interruption, and the amazing reviews here led us to pick Pat. He was always available by phone and a pleasant person to have in our home. Of course, most important, a thorough, professional and beautiful job on fixing the ceiling and cleaning up after/keeping our place clean. He even looked at our other rooms to make sure another such collapse was not imminent. Highly recommend Pat/Tri Color!"

"Had a really good experience with Tri Stone Masonry and Restoration here in Annadale. We had a leak coming into our basement and needed it taken care of properly. The guys came out, figured out what needed to be done, and stuccoed the full inside of the basement to help seal and protect the walls. They did a very, very good job from start to finish. Everything looks completely different now, much cleaner and more secure, and most importantly they took care of the water problem. The crew worked hard, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and were easy to deal with throughout the job. Really happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has basement water or masonry problems."

"Hired them to re-face fieldstone fireplace facade in living room. It was completely resurfaced with stacked stone in three days. Beautiful custom work. Highly recommend you choose them for any stone or stucco work."

I could not be happier about how my house turned out, it was in real need and Innovative made it happen. I felt truly cared for in every need, they all go above and beyond to get job done. "I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his crew. They responded quickly when I needed help correcting work done by a previous contractor who had used the wrong wood for my outdoor columns and mailbox post. Andrew came out on a Sunday and spent over 8 hours replacing everything. He recommended using cedar for outdoor durability, carefully cut and installed the new wood, and then stained it beautifully. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. As a bonus, they also fixed my broken screen door the same day. What really impressed me was their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. I’m a perfectionist and was watching the staining process closely, and they never seemed bothered by my questions or concerns. They truly wanted everything to be done right. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received. Most importantly, they"

"On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."
