"Edgar and his crew were Terrific! They completed new asphalt shingle roofs on three separate dwellings for me. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will be hiring them again to do two more roofs in 2025."

They came out next day and was able to provide me a reasonable quote for the job. The next day they were at the house making the repairs. I highly recommend using this company for your roofing needs. "Ryan Quakenbush came out to our home and did a complete roof inspection, sent us closeup pictures of problem areas of the roof, repaired two vent stacks damaged by squirrels and told us no charge - just call them when we decide to get a new roof which could be soon. "I have been using Sham Shield for various power washing needs for several years always with good results. Sham Shield has cleaned my roof, swimming pool enclosure and RV roof and removed leaves from the roof in between cleanings. Zac's pricing is fair, he knows how to use a light touch when necessary, he does a good job and he is very reliable. Zac truly takes pride in his work and that's not easy to find these days."

"Owner was extremely polite and knowledgeable during the time of the estimate. Quickly diagnosed the source of the issues in less time than several other contractors who came to the same conclusions. Price was very competitive, crew was on-site before expected time, did a super job with the repairs and left the area very clean. Didn't waste anytime at all fixing the problem which was causing inside damage to my interior walls. Very pleased with the professionalism, courteousness and overall pleasant experience. Will definitely consider them 1st for any other roof repair or replacement. Very happy!"

"Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"
