"After my husband contacted 2 other screen companies, one of which never showed up after 2 appointments. I finally checked Angie's List and found Housman's. One call did it. The woman gave me an estimate over the phone after having me describe exactly what we needed done and said the repair person would be out later that week or the next. They would contact me when they knew he was coming and I could leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."

"Oceanside Screen is a first-rate company. Jehmal Hartwell responded promptly to my initial request and arrived when promised to discuss the work and give me an estimate. The work was begun on time and completed as arranged. Brent, who did most of the screening, is a true craftsman who obviously takes pride in his work. I have an old-style pool enclosure with a flat roof, and it requires an older type of spline and considerable skill to get it right. These folks did get it right, with an attention to detail that I don't see often. Everything is flat and taut, and it looks great for its age. Jehmal was present periodically as needed to install the braces and supervise the screening, and throughout the day both he and Brent were friendly and professional. Jehmal made sure that I understood the process and that I was satisfied with the progress and the results. He is justifiably proud of his company and its reputation. I also appreciate their taking the time to clean up the pool area when they were done with the project. I would highly recommend Oceanside Screen."

"PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."

"We recently bought a fifty-year-old fixer upper house that needed many renovations. We hired Matt Ray to update two of the bathrooms, remodel the kitchen and remodel the main living area. Matt and his crew did a wonderful job. As we expected in a fifty-year old house, there were some unknown issues as we remodeled, and Matt helped us address them as they came up. Matt kept us informed and updated on the progress the entire time. He also made suggestions based on the renovations we were looking for and made us aware of items we may want to address based on the age of the house. Matt and his crew went above and beyond! Then Marty returned for final measurements to order window and door units which were expertly installed several weeks later. Tom, owner of Malabar Products made sure all details were correct and the project was all done to code with a proper building permit. This not only very useful extra space it has added value to our home."
