"My  concern was getting rid of the ants. But even more importantly was the concern of the safety of my pets. The service professional who came to my home was Russ and he very carefully explained the different options, the safety of the products and what he believed would be the best solution for my situation. I felt completely informed about the products and felt the solution he suggested was the best way to get rid of the ants and protect my pets. He used a combination of corn bait that was sprinkled around the perimeter of my home. He also treated my window ledges with a spray based on the amount of reports from clients having ants coming through windows this year. Several days after the treatment I noticed ants at my back door coming in off my ernclosed porch. I had opted not to have that area treated because of my cats. I contacted Russ and he was out the following day and applied a gel bait that placed was in cracks and openings that the ants would go to but was safe for my pets. I was not charged for this service. What a delight to work with a professional company that cares about the work that they do and makes the satisfaction of their customers their top priority. I can and will highly commend them to family and friends. This has been a great experience.
