We decided to remove all the laminate flooring and tile, about 1000 sq ft, and replace with vinyl it was demoed in two days and the new vinyl and base boards done in another three. We had several change requests throughout the project and Israel and his guys adjusted quickly to what we needed. The workmanship is very good, his availability and communication is better than most contractors I've worked with and all within a reasonable price. "The guy was great. I had several of the contractor who took a look at the job. They said the deck had to be replaced. the other contractors did not diagnose the rot at the foot of the house. When Gilbert took it apart. it was completely rotted. Which other contractors would have discovered once they began the work. Gilbert repaired the deck instead of replacing it. only Gilbert diagnosed the rotted footer in the house in advance. Gilbert will be replacing my roof this fall. Out of all the contractors, Gilbert's price was less than 1/3 of the offer of other because they wanted to replace the deck and it did include repair to the house."
