"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "John Prater and team (Joe & Joseph) just completed pressure washing our roof, two-story house with walk-out basement, decks and porches, and two-car carport. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Prater’s without hesitation; the house looks fantastic and our roof looks new! "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

They were the quickest to reach out to me after the Angi search connect me to companies and they provided an easy hassle free quote over the phone with just a photo and rough measurements. Their quote was far better than the average price. By average I mean their quote was about in the middle or lower of what you should pay for concrete, everyone else seems to be quote on the top end or higher than what you should be paying. Their quality of work was also top notch! I contacted them late week and asked if they could be here Monday and they were here right on time Monday morning. They brought in professional heavy duty equipment to level the yard and prep the space, ordered the truck and the whole project down and cleaned up by that same afternoon. Even better, they did not destroy any of my yard, even with the heavy duty excavator in my back yard or having to roll concrete all the way back there. The rest of my yard looks the same as before they came! The concrete patio was an extension to an existing piece but 4 times bigger and they match the slop and finish perfectly. Very happy overall and highly recommend anyone needing concrete to give them a call!"
