"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"WONDERFUL AND ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS! I highly recommend Best builders group. We used Best Builders Group to completely remodel our large kitchen. We received several estimates from 4 other construction companies and Best Builders Group was not the lowest nor the most expensive. But, Zohar was able to present us many sets of photos from their past projects and also seemed the most truthful from the other ones. We needed to have our kitchen fully complete within 5 weeks because we didn’t want to move in to our new house without having the new kitchen. Zohar and his skilled team did complete the kitchen project on time and a little bit less than the agreed budget. After the kitchen was complete, Zohar and his people came over several times in order to do some small adjustments as we asked (things that we can ask only after we start using the kitchen). To be more specific - they came over 3 months after the work was done. We currently have new plans on remodeling our bathrooms and Zohar at Best Builders Group will be for sure the first and only team we call."

After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. "Salomon and his crew did an amazing job. Due to an issue, we had with a different painter I had to find someone quickly to try and fix the issues we had. I found Sprayco on Angie's list and Salomon came out to estimate the work. With his experienced eye, he was able to see all the mistakes the previous painter made. He explained what he would do to fix everything and offered advice on paints. This job had a quick turn around as we were having a rug installed and I expressed we needed this done within four days. Salmon said he could do it. Sprayco was able to redo the job in one day. This included fixing drywall, painting ceilings, walls, and baseboards. Salomon and his crew did an amazing job. Everything was perfect. When I'm ready to paint other areas of my house I will definitely look to Salomon and Sprayco."

"The price was slightly high. At first, his responsiveness was an A then he went to an F and he went back to an A. I had to call him again and he hadn't returned calls for a couple of days. He calls me Sir all the time. He's very respectful and very careful about putting towels on the ladder so it wouldn't damage the stucco. He didn't damage any plants and any sprinklers. They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."
