"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Nova Renovation Group (NRG) was brought in to help design and build a Master Bathroom in our Master Bedroom; there was not currently a bathroom in our Master, however, due to the size we were able to add a Master Bathroom to the room as well as incorporate a closet. <br /> <br /> Dave at NRG worked with my wife and I to come up with a design that worked well with the space; this included moving a wall and door entry as well as moving our attic access from the Master Bedroom to another bedroom.  Overall the process was seamless, Dave was very easy to work with, provided us with multiple designs/options, worked with us to re-design plans on several occasions and delivered a superb product at a great price.  The workers at NRG were great to work with and we felt very comfortable leaving them in our house during the day, even with our dog who is a bit of a flight risk. <br /> <br /> Overall we couldn't be happier with the final product and working with NRG - it was a superb experience and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"The service went very well and the fence is beautiful. There was slight confusion about replacing an existing fence but Jeff was quick to come by before the crew left and he straightened it out. They were marginally more expensive than other quotes received for the same work but I selected them over others for their integrity. They were very clear about doing it right (building permit and HOA approval) when others told me that building permits were optional and only a way to get more in property taxes. That told me that they wouldn't take shortcuts when doing the work. <br />"
