"I’m probably the only person seen on the website not giving five stars but I will give the truth of my own personal experience. First of all my landlord hired this company. 1st time the owner was supposed to be out I waited over two hours before contacting him, he declined my call and text me that he had no idea who I was…had to reschedule. 2nd appt they were over two hours late. Afterwards, They had to come back to fix the door lock the next day. I’m now waiting for someone to come back out a third time because of rain pouring inside my kitchen on Friday. Called first thing Saturday to report it and was told there’d be here first thing Monday. It’s Monday and now I’m being told it will be the first topic of conversation this morning…I have stressed SEVERAL TIMES to this company how valuable MY TIME is but it doesn’t seem to matter. I was expecting them to be here to make wrong right because this is unacceptable. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule multiple times…I just don’t feel like I’m a priority nor that my time is considered valuable despite my ft time and the multiple things I juggle Day to day. And so I’m sharing my experience. This was a job set up by my landlord but should not matter one way or the other. (We also Have allot of rain coming within the next three days)"

Rick is a highly skilled professional, friendly, willing to answer any questions about the work he is doing, and leaves zero mess. "Dennis Hughes is NOT a licensed contractor in Allen County. We could never get him to show proof of insurance or bonding. I hope that this review will prevent someone from hiring this company. We hired him to redo a patio roof. The flashing around the utilities pipe was improperly done. The roofing was installed backwards and lacked the proper amount of nails. It was not connected to the house properly. The gutter was installed so that it was useless and prevented windows from opening. We tried to get him to correct the work but he always had some excuse for not doing the work. He was rude and combative and refused to bring his paperwork to prove he was licensed and insured. He yelled at me and my brother as we tried to help my mother resolve this issue. We finally had to hire someone else to completely redo it. I wish that the address for this work would not be revealed to Dennis."

They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."
