When these mistakes were brought to the attention of the company owner, the mistakes were corrected and a courtesy refund issued for any inconveniences caused. "Aero Patio installed a patio cover for my backyard.  The initial install  went alright.  It was supposed to have a shade cloth put on which ended up taking three months to get.  I had told them it was important to me to have it to prevent the sun from heating up the back of the house.  That was frustrating. Last October, 2015, I noticed  rainwater was collecting in one of the lattice tubes and pouring out of the end. Even though two years have passed, it is still under warranty.  Contacted Steve - took two weeks to get him to come and look. Another couple of weeks came and went, but to their credit, he finally  had an employee come and fill holes with a putty ( or glue).  This repair did not work and Steve said he would need to replace that lattice tube. Have been contacting Steve since last December to come and replace the  leaking lattice tube.  Always an excuse for not coming.  Last time I spoke to him  he said he would get it repaired soon.  That was four months ago and he will no longer answer my phone calls."

"We were looking around for a landscaping professional that could do a variety of things from concrete, turf, woodbuilding, electric, and gas. The quote process was easy and no pressure. He walked the space and as we only had a general idea of what we wanted, he offered ideas and worked through different possibilities. We chose Francisco as he was able to do it all and at a reasonable rate! After signing the contract on a weekday, he got started immediately, working weekends and holidays. He was prompt, worked hard and was meticulous. As unexpected issues arose (like most renovations, issues pop up), he was professional and let us know immediately. Francisco was really flexible as the vision of the space changed slightly throughout the project. He was able to accommodate each change to ensure we got what we wanted. His quote for the project duration would have been accurate had it not been for requested add ons, weather issues (2 weeks of rain!), and COVID19. In the end, the space looks amazing as shown by the pictures. We will definitely be using his services again in the future!"
