"The Perez company did exceptional work trimming our trees, they were very thorough and careful and did exactly what we requested. Mr. Perez is a hard worker and shaped our trees perfectly. Both he and Mrs. Perez made certain that the final outcome looked great. They removed all the cuttings and left the job site looking perfect. We will always call them for future tree projects. Additionally, we hired them to do a painting project, which they were well qualified to do. We were equally impressed with their painting skills. You can count on them to do the very best work, our painting project came out excellent, we will definitely hire them for other painting projects as well. Their work quality, fair pricing, dependability, and reliability are superb!"

"Jimmy came next day to price the job and scheduled it within a few days. Job was completed while I was at work. When I returned home, the bushes were trimmed perfectly and no debris was left on top of pine needles. Great experience!

"Nick was very responsive and thorough. His usual supplier did not have any sod available when our project was scheduled. Nick was able to locate a different provider and get the job done on the date promised.
I would use Intrinity again in a heartbeat.
One word of warning......be prepared to spend a LOT of money on water for your new sod. It will need watering 3-4 times a day for the first 3 weeks.
