I knew there was a lively oak flooring under it that had never been exposed so I decided it was time they did a phenomenal job and you really don’t see any places where the stripping was. He came right over and went above and beyond to get pipes thawed and water flowing! He even lent me his own personal space heater to get pipes thawed more quickly.
