"I gave them a deposit on 11/2/21 via check for work to start on 11/19/21. On 11/7/21, I decided I'd rather wait until spring to do the work. Now, they are NOT returning my deposit in spite of telling me they will. I've texted them three times and am now sending a letter requesting my money back. It's been over two months and I am still chasing them. As of today, they have NOT responded to a BBB complaint!"

"We called and visited in person the route 9 southboro location. We left a 825 cash deposit ?. We then got an install date of December 9 however we then got six inches of snow and have frozen ground. We visited after no reply To out email to reschedule install date and we were told we had to pay a 20% restock fee?!!! We didn?t customer anything . We?re never told Anything about this prior to accepting quote, inquired about dig safe and proof of insurance! When we pushed for the insurance and answers how a fence could properly be installed by hand digging when the ground is frozen they were not happy and became nasty when we said we no longer want to move forward . After a pleasant argument we were hastily given our money back.. the kicker here in the way out the door the loser calls me a CUNT? classy!!!! ! Beware and stay clear of idiots with no class!"

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"Alpha Omega did a great job installing our new storm door & removing the old. Works great - I think they had to work a bit on the fit. Over $200 sounds pricey, but other quotes were higher. I would recommend."

"This is the second time we hired Mike. Our projects were having our fieldstone basement repointed, adding a small piece to our existing fence to our garage, and adding paving stones behind the garage. While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week. The second project was cleaning out the attic of the garage, removing the floorboards and installing a new 4-foot shelf in the attic ceiling, painting the interior, and installing 3 new windows. Mike is truly a jack of all trades! All the projects above came out great and we were very thankful to have his guidance as things went along. He provided a quote for the job, was communicative, and arrived in a timely manner. He cleaned up after very well after each day and he explains his process, problems, and solutions as he goes so, I always felt informed of what was going on. I would definitely recommend and hire Mike again for future jobs."

"Punctual, polite, good suggestions, worked very hard to snake in new wiring, did a great job over 4 days rewiring the whole house except kitchen which was modern. Replaced and added dozens of outlets and fixtures in basement and 3 living floors, new elect heat in one room, removed old wiring and cleaned up afterwards. Work was done October 2021, no problems at all in the 3 months since then. Joe and Dave are highly recommended."
