"I moved into a 125 year old house stuck in the 1950's. Four Seasons Remodeling and painting transformed the interior into an open concept modern rustic design. Antonio's construction / painting crew removed & replaced walls, doors and ceilings. Installed new hardwood floors in all rooms. They created a new up to date kitchen with u-shaped peninsula and new mounted new cabinets. Antonio subcontracted licensed electrician, plumber and insulation. The entire house needed to be rewired. The bathroom was also re-done. Any time there was an issue Antonio was always there to discuss options and make suggestions. Antonio's construction, design and color ideas were instrumental to the outcome of the project. My wife and I love it. The results look like a HGTV show."

"When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "This review is long overdue on my end but I wanted to provide a positive recommendation for Chase and his company on the demolition and replacement of two older new decks in our backyard and a new ceiling. After experiencing working with several contractors in the past that we're less then impressive I found Chase to be very through and professional and kept his promises on all the work that was done. I'm very detailed and the final outcome more then met our goals for having something built correctly that will last for a long time. Phase two of our project was to replace a tounge and groove knotty pine wood ceiling above an outdoor farmers porch. I was very concerned about how this would turn out since other contractors has told us how difficult the rip and replace would be. Chase found a way to get it done with the least amount of impact to the existing framing. Also, the crew working for Chase was always polite and courteous to all of our questions and he does have an admin that called in the evening at the end of every day to ask us about our experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of remodeling in the future."
