"I’ve used Kendrick Remodeling for so many small and larger projects around the house and they’re always prompt, courteous and gets the job done. More recently I’ve had my daughter’s bedroom and bathroom repainted and the vent changed out. It was done over a weekend and it looks amazing! One big project they took on was redoing the dead space in my hallway which had a closet and a built in desk. They demo-ed it over a weekend, cleaned up the space and through the next few weeks, built a new space with a larger closet, pull out organizer for my cleaning supplies, bar areas, tons of upper and lower storage spaces and finished beautifully. I’m beyond excited at the transformed space and would absolutely recommend these guys for any project you need done well."

"Unfortunately, handyman skills are not in my wheelhouse and I have had to use handymen over the years. Ever since I moved to Atlanta in 2017, I have used Mr. Handyman and I cannot stress enough how great they are! One technician pointed out how to take care of an issue I had even though it would have been in the company's best interest not to do so. Another time, when he noticed that the it would not be feasible to do the work given the construction work going on outside my condo , the technician did not charge me for a visit. The last person to come out last Thursday was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did a thorough job repairing and repainting my wall. One day, I will hopefully become more competent at home maintenance. Until then, I will definitely use Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody."

"Very expensive for a small amount of work. Only repaired about three sections of the fence with screws and put up a shutter that had fallen. I paid more than I would have paid a plumber per hour. I had to have another person come out to replace a fence post that I thought he was going to replace."
