During the insulation work. which was started only a day or two after we came to an agreement on the price, the foreman, who had given us the estimate, stopped by to see how the job was going. The electrician, who came later the same day after the first crew had completed the insulation work, was extremely courteous and helpful. He fixed one issue in the house and diagnosed another (ceiling fan needs to be replaced), letting us know what types of ceiling fans would and would not work and other helpful hints. "I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. "Representative from Specs Roofing showed up the day after he was scheduled and failed to call me on the originally agreed upon day to let me know that he was coming the next day.  Having said this, he did show up following a bad weather day (original day) and performed the services we had agreed upon over the phone.  The rep. was cordial and got right to work on the agreed upon tasks.  It took him a little over two hours to complete the work and he disposed of all leaves and debris in the wetlands below my home as agreed upon.  I'd say, overall this was a very good experience; above "good," but not quite at Excellent because of the failure to call me to let me know he was going to be delayed.  I would not hesitate to recommend Specs Roofing for any gutter or roof cleaning.
