"I would definitely recommend Tip Top. The project was laying a patio. Dario responded to my request and explained the steps. Rain was projected on the day he was going to do the job. I was concerned but he assured me the concrete would be hardened by that time the rain was forecasted. He was right. My patio turned out perfect.
