"The initial meeting went fine and the design was a good starting point, but there were a few errors and some plant selections that didn't really work for the location. I asked for some minor revisions, so I could submit the plan to my HOA, but never got them. After phone and email messages went unanswered I made my own changes and corrected the plans so I could get them approved before it was too late to plant. They gave me a good start and the initial plan and consultation taught me a lot, but on the whole it was a bit disappointing. The plan itself was worth it with the Angie's List coupon, but their quote to install the planned seemed very high."

"The brick foundation had settled at a corner of my house causing mortar to break and a few bricks were broken.  The crack was about 3/4 inch wide.  Five holes were dug about 2 feet deep and jacks were installed to jack the brick siding back  in place.  Once the brick siding was in place cement was injected to hold the brick in place.  The broken bricks were replaced. The lintel over the garage door, door and window were replaced.  The mortar that was damaged on the house was removed and re-pointed.  The Hipp Masonry crew were polite.  They did excellent work.  The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and after the job was completed.

"Belletto and I had some issues, with the work their tile person did.  However, the company has fixed and resolved every issue I have raised with them.  The issues are listed below, and I have to commend Belletto for resolving every issue I have come to them with.  I wish my experience would have seen less issues, but overall, my bathroom floors look great. 







Our interaction with Belletto started with the work beginning 4 weeks after I purchased an Angieslist deal for the tile.  Dan did come a week or so to look at the job and quoted us another 350 to do the other bathroom because we wanted the tile under the cabinet in both bathrooms.  So, the cabinet had to be removed.  When work started, the installer didn't remove the cabinet and tiled around it instead.  Belletto had to have him pull it all up and restart the job.  The installer never did remove any of the trim in the first bathroom, but instead tiled up against it.  When he was done with this bathroom, we noticed damage to our tub from him putting the toilet in it.  The owner, Dan, did pay to have this repaired.  The second bathroom went a bit smoother but still wasn't without issues.  The installer put the vanity back and used a rubber coupling to connect the drain together rather than rebuilding the drain.  I went back through and replumbed the drain.  The tile around the toilet valve looks horrible.  We had issues with the way the installer cut the carpet, and Belletto had to send a separate guy out to repair the carpet.  We noticed cracks in the grout within one day in the second bathroom.  Every one of these issues has been resolved to my satisfaction my the company.  The overall experience wasn't perfect, and that is why I haven't given them and A.  However, they did resolve the issues.
