We had an issue with two of the new plants, and Tom not only replaced them, but had his crew refresh both front beds. The work they performed was excellent. "Dave and his team of subcontractors were very professional and usually on time. I thought they did a good job. But I just had a problem with my wine cooler, which they had installed, less than 2 years ago. I tried calling owner(David) and he would not return my phone call. I thought they did a good job until I needed to have Wine cooler serviced. We could not get wine cooler out from under counter. They just put in hole, the flooring under was 3/8 in lower than the tile in front of it.  I left message for owner David Smith to call me, I had a problem, he never called me back. I guess it was take the money and run.  The only way to get wine cooler out was to cut up a good fairly new( 2 years old) wine cooler. I am very disappointed. I had to purchase a new wine cooler and have a contractor do it right, this time. making the flooring even before installation. Because due to the levelers in back we could not get out from under cabinets with out ruining the wine cooler. So in the long run, they cost me over $1,000 to fix what they could have doen when they did the job for less than $25.

"Great group of guys that show up as scheduled, complete the mowing and trimming, clear off clippings from walks and curbing and are on their way with no fuss. The beds and walks are trimmed with a distinctive edge that shows the care that they take in their task. Mowing is always cut to appropriate height for the seasonal conditions without being told. When I talk to the crews and Dan, they are always friendly and responsive to my off the wall requests and comments. I am renewing their services for another year."

Removed a window Air Conditioner that was installed with no intention of being removed!  All went well, except they did not put down any protective covering on the rug in the area.  About 2 pints of old dirty water spilled out onto the rug, but they worked diligently to clean it up.  If you didn't know it had happened you would not notice it on the rug.

He tightened up some outdoor flood lights that had become loose. He checked the other set, just to make sure.  Also, he repaired a downspout that had detached.  A very clever repair that has worked perfectly since he did it.

Overall the work was completed satisfactorily.
