"P.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

"It was a good experience.  They did a good job with the windows and doors.  The windows cost me $6000 and the doors cost me $3000.  I was happy with the installation.  Considering the fact that I have lifetime warranty on them and that they would replace anything that needs to be replaced, the price was very good.  I didn’t have any concerns."

"Initial contact was to give an estimate.  Derrick called 1 hour prior to appointment just to confirm.  Arrived promptly, walked around property taking notes, pictures and measurements.  We then discussed what was needed, his recommendations and how the job would proceed. The next day I received an email outlining the job and pricing breakdown.  We agreed to the work product and a date to begin was scheduled. <br /> On the first day, Derrick and his team arrived promptly at 8 AM and immediately began the job.  They cleared the work areas of anything that might get damaged (i.e. furniture, decorative items, plants) and began the work.  I was on site during the entire job and was impressed how well they all worked together.  There was no "horseplay".  The only break taken was for lunch.  At the end of each day, they would pack up their work trailer  and clean up any trash (soda cans, paper). <br /> On the second day, Derrick advised me that during the power wash & prep, he noticed some additional damage that would need replacing.  He explained what it was, where it was and what it required.  We agreed to include it. <br /> During the painting phase, the guys placed cloths on plants, driveway and porch to avoid paint splatters.  The rest of the work went very smoothly. <br /> I will definitely hire Fiveash Renovations for all of my future projects because of their:  professionalism, work ethics, respect, communication skills, attention to details, friendliness, affordability, and pride in their work product. <br /> WELL DONE!!! <br /> <br />"

"Overall we are very pleased with our new Windows. Initial contact was made after our neighbors signed up to replace some Windows. We were very impressed with the quality and energy efficiency of the Windows. We had to wait a few weeks to get approval since our home is in a historic neighborhood, but that went well since we weren't replacing original Windows in the home but ones added some time after the house was new. Installation went well and we were most impressed with Ted who came out to finish up the installation today. He was very meticulous to finish up the project to a very high standard. We really like the Windows!"

They're competitive and very comparable to everybody else in our area. They're not any more expensive, they're not any less. They do a really good job, what they promise to do, they do."

"Jake and his team are truly incredible. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and NONE of them come close to the experience Parkstone provided. Every other contractor wanted to tear down my fence and start from scratch, but Jake quoted me for both costs: to repair or to replace. I opted to repair it to keep my costs down, and they went right to work. Showed up when they said they would, kept me updated on progress, and the pricing was fair. I was relieved at the start and thrilled at the end. Since having mine done, I think 3 or 4 of my neighbors have gotten them to do the same.
