"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. "It went really well. Samuel Sharpe was one of several contractors who responded to our emergency weekend call for ice dam removal. (We noticed water infiltration during a thaw on Saturday.) He was able to respond the quickest and get started on Monday. His rates were very reasonable, and I was pleased to learn that he used a torch rather than pressure washer to remove the ice dam. He kept us informed throughout the process, with only a minor one delay delay. He worked through some of the most bitterly cold weather, (on our roof in 16 below wind chill), and was able to remove all of the snow and ice on time and within budget. I'd certainly hire him again and recommend him to others."
