"After contacting two stucco repair companies that apparently did not want my business since they wouldn't personally speak with me I contacted McClellan Exteriors. Bill promptly answered the phone and we set up a visit for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and was able to schedule the work within a week. All work was completed within two weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with quality of work performed. Once work started it was determined that not as much needed replacement and Bill reduced the cost of the project accordingly. Workers should be commended on how well they cleaned up the job site and the quality of their. Highly recommend this company for stucco repairs."

"Very thorough job!! Made sure we were happy with work!! Walked us through project when completed. Even when damage was caused they came and fixed it with no complaints. All good!! I think its made a big difference on heating and staying cooler on hot days like recently!!! Very happy with gutters that were also installed. Worth the cost as it means less issues in future. "Phillepe did a superp job at cutting out a small wall in condo and fixing floor to match. A+. Great on communicating. Great pricing. The job was a rather large one, I personally in hind sight do not recommend spraying paint for condos in winter due to ventilation. But after a few weeks when the air cleared, I am appreciative of the nice clean lines they did on painting. They re sprayed ceiling too to get it whiter. All the spray was a bit much for me, air wise, and although I was not fully moved in at the time, it took a little time for it to settle. I personally would request hand painting next time around, as over spray can float or get it's mist settling on wood or in air more than expected, as long as adequate ventilation is available. But I am doing my review now, several months later, because I appreciate how my condo looks (the job) so much. Lines good, and job over all worth it. Phillepe wanted me to be happy and is very friendly. Overall, I am glad he helped paint it, and as mentioned lines are very clean, and the wall cut out and floor match job done well."

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"Scheduling the work with Integrity was easy as they were very accommodating to my schedule.  The roofers did a good job of installing the roof and the quality of the work appears to be good.  We have had rain since the roof was installed and have had no leaks.  The subcontractor that did the fascia came out ahead of time and matched the color of the fascia so everything matched after the job was done.  The size of my sky lights are no longer made but Integrity called the company that made the sky lights and had them custom make the size again.  This saved a log of work and expense around replacing the sky lights.  The person we worked with was David and he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with."
