There was a misunderstanding about the price, he quoted $85 per man hour and I thought it was $85/hour. He (DJ) thought they could do the job within 3 hours. It turns out that they had five guys working on the job and it ended up being more expensive than I had hoped. I had another quote for $600 and this ended up being $1000. They did do a fantastic job and did it while I wasn't present and in the time I had requested. To add to the story, after learning of the mis-communication, Steve called me personally and discussed the situation. He apologized for the mis-communication and gave me some of the money back to make it right. This effort goes above and beyond what most companies would do and it shows that this company is reputable, honest, and customer focused. I would recommend you use Steve and his crew for fast quality work.
