I refused to pay him because the blower did not work. He contacted the company wires was old he assembled it incorrectly. He tried it a second time and the blower was running but no heat produced. It also had a loud sound. The technician said he was new at installation, and He could not figure the problem out. We requested another technician from the company to come out to see why a brand-new blower wasn't working and making noise. The next day, I contacted the customer service rep. I was told the technician said the blower was working and the case was closed. They said for us to keep the blower and refused to return our initial deposit in the amount of $600.
