There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"
